I worked on Multi-User Access, a feature to let multiple employees, contractors, or accountants have access to the same business account. Bulb http://nicolo-arena.com/Bulb Wed, 20 Mar 2019 16:25:51 +0000 Nicolo Arena | Product Designer 316466  Back   Bulb is a green energy supplier in the UK, which provides members with 100% renewable electricity  and carbon neutral gas. While at Bulb, I led the design for a set of internal tools created to boost customer support’s productivity. Bulb’s customer base rose from 100K to over 1M customers over less than two years time, and this required new and efficient tools for the team to solve customer’s problems quickly and efficiently.  I’ve also improved the experience of moving into a new property,  designed a flow to support most vulnerable customers paying off their debt, and launched a smart-meter dashboard for customers to recognise patterns in their usage behaviour.
