Bulb is a green energy supplier in the UK, which provides members with 100% renewable electricity and carbon neutral gas.
While at Bulb, I led the design for a set of internal tools created to boost customer support’s productivity. Bulb’s customer base rose from 100K to over 1M customers over less than two years time, and this required new and efficient tools for the team to solve customer’s problems quickly and efficiently.
I’ve also improved the experience of moving into a new property, designed a flow to support most vulnerable customers paying off their debt, and launched a smart-meter dashboard for customers to recognise patterns in their usage behaviour.
I contributed to growing Solar, Bulb’s design system, together with designers, engineers, researchers and content designers, always keeping accessibility in mind.
